THE CLUB

Padel is a genuine part of the sports offering at Club Med Bali in Nusa Dua, rather than a directory incorrectly labelling another racket sport as padel.

Club Med's current resort material explicitly lists padel, and Club Med also identifies Bali as one of its resorts worldwide with padel courts. The resort even hosted the Grand Slam finale of the 2025 Club Med Padel Cup, involving winners from Sydney, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Seoul and Bangkok.

COURTS & PLAY

This one is undergoing a very current change, so I would deliberately leave the court count blank for now.

Club Med says enhancement works to its land-sports facilities included the addition of new padel and pickleball courts, with those works scheduled to finish on 10 September 2026 — only four days ago.

Club Med separately confirms four new pickleball courts, but does not state the final number of padel courts in its current public material. We therefore shouldn't accidentally attribute those four courts to padel.

That's actually a great club-confirmation question for BPS:

How many padel courts are now operating following the September 2026 sports-facility upgrade?

Club Med organises padel activities and tournaments for guests, including its current Challenge the Champion padel tournament concept.

FACILITIES

Being inside Club Med makes this quite different from a conventional padel club.

The beachfront all-inclusive resort offers swimming pools, Zen pool, spa, fitness centre, yoga, restaurants and bars, alongside a huge sports program including tennis, squash, badminton, beach tennis, golf, football, basketball, volleyball and water sports.

For BPS, I'd make it clear these are Club Med resort facilities, rather than facilities available to anyone simply booking a padel court.

COACHING

Club Med offers organised racket-sport activities and instruction as part of its wider sports program, but I haven't found enough current information to publish a dedicated padel coaching timetable or private lesson price.

Leave detailed coaching as to be confirmed.

OUR TAKE

Coming soon. Bali Padel Scene will visit and play at Club Med Bali before publishing our first-hand assessment.

GOOD TO KNOW

Club Med Bali is located at Lot 6, Nusa Dua tourism complex, Benoa, South Kuta.

The big issue for BPS is public access.

Club Med's current information frames padel as an activity for resort guests, and I haven't found evidence of a normal public court-booking system comparable with Playtomic or AYO. So I would not tell readers they can simply turn up and book a court.

That's not a reason to exclude it. In fact, I think BPS should cover resort-only courts because someone choosing a Bali hotel specifically for padel will find this information useful.

There's also a timely note: Club Med Bali is currently operating as 12+ only until 28 May 2027 because of renovation works affecting its children's facilities.
