THE CLUB
Jungle Padel Canggu is one of the original names in Bali's padel scene and occupies one of the most convenient locations in Canggu, directly on the famous Canggu Shortcut.
The venue has three covered outdoor courts under a high roof and remains an active part of the wider Jungle Padel community, with court bookings, coaching, open matches and organised events.
BPS played here in April 2026. While newer padel centres around Bali have since raised the bar in terms of courts and facilities, Jungle Canggu's central location continues to be its biggest strength.
COURTS & PLAY
Jungle Padel Canggu has three covered outdoor courts under a high roof, providing protection from the Bali sun and rain while retaining plenty of airflow.
The courts are showing their age compared with many of Bali's newer padel venues. That's not surprising given Jungle's place among the earlier clubs to establish padel in Canggu, but it is noticeable when compared directly with the newer generation of centres now operating across the island.
BPS joined an open match here, and Jungle's player network remains one of the advantages of the club. Open matches make it straightforward to find a game without arriving with your own group of four.
Court hire was IDR 600K per court for 60 minutes at the time of the BPS visit.
COACHING
Jungle has an established coaching program catering to players from beginners through to more experienced competitive players.
Private coaching at Canggu was available from approximately IDR 1.3M at the time of the BPS visit.
Jungle's wider program also includes group sessions, clinics and organised activities across its Bali community.
FOOD & DRINK
Access to the padel courts takes you through Atelier Sandwich, the restaurant at the front of the venue.
This gives players an easy food and drink option before or after a game, although BPS hasn't personally reviewed the restaurant as part of the padel visit.
Alcohol is available at the venue.

Jungle's Canggu venue remains part of a much larger playing community, with open matches, coaching, clinics, social games and tournaments forming part of the Jungle program.
BPS personally joined an open match here, with the Jungle Padel app making it easy to see available games and connect with other players.
The player mix is broad, with beginners through to competitive players and a combination of Bali residents, expats and visitors using the courts.

Jungle Canggu's biggest advantage today is simple: location, location, location.
Jungle was one of the earlier padel venues to establish itself in Canggu and sits directly on the Canggu Shortcut. If you're staying locally, it's an extremely convenient place to get a game without travelling across Bali.
The trade-off is that Bali's padel scene has evolved quickly. The courts here now feel dated alongside many of the newer clubs, and other centres have surpassed Jungle Canggu in terms of both court quality and overall facilities.
The sauna and ice bath are useful additions, and Jungle's established player network means finding an open match is relatively easy. However, there isn't much dedicated social space around the courts, so it doesn't have the same hang-around-and-mingle feel as some of Bali's newer destination-style clubs.
That doesn't make Jungle Canggu irrelevant — far from it. For players based in Canggu who value convenience and simply want to get on court, its Shortcut location remains very hard to beat.
GOOD TO KNOW
