JUNGLE PADEL UNGASAN
Six clay-coloured courts and a charcoal show court, a lively padel community and an impressive fitness and recovery offering make this one of Ungasan’s most ambitious new clubs.

Having visited several Jungle Padel venues across Bali, BPS was struck by the scale of the Ungasan club from the moment of arrival. The seven-court setup, polished modern finishes and considered design make an immediate impression — and a tour of the facilities reveals just how much is happening beyond the courts.
The venue brings together serious padel infrastructure, a lively social scene and an extensive fitness and recovery offering. It feels purpose-built for players who enjoy their sport and want plenty of options around it.

Jungle Padel Ungasan has five standard panoramic doubles courts, a central master tournament court and a dedicated singles court. All seven are covered. BPS loved the distinctive clay-coloured playing areas, contrasting charcoal show court, generous roof height and bright LED lighting. The courts were brand new at the September 2026 visit and made a strong first impression.
The master court gives the venue a clear focal point for events and competitive play, while the singles court adds a welcome alternative to doubles. With seven courts across the venue, the scale and presentation of the playing space are real highlights.

The gym was one of the biggest surprises of the visit. It is fitted out more like a dedicated fitness centre than a token club gym, with an extensive range of equipment. There is also a sauna, hammam, ice bath, massage and assisted stretching, alongside spaces for yoga, mobility and dance classes.
BPS also saw the rooftop pool taking shape during the September 2026 visit. It was still being completed, but the elevated view over the courts already made it an exciting addition to look forward to. And while the dance studio looks impressive, BPS will leave the dancing review to someone with better footwork — padel is challenging enough.
Jungle Stretch & Recovery with Vio offers assisted stretching sessions: IDR 450,000 for one, IDR 2,000,000 for five or IDR 3,500,000 for ten. Bookings can be made via WhatsApp.

BPS enjoyed a great coffee during the visit. The café was already busy, with people working, chatting and watching the action on court. Its outlook and easygoing atmosphere make it a comfortable spot for a laptop session or a catch-up around a game.
It is a social hub in its own right, complementing the activity on the courts without feeling like an afterthought.

One player was running late for the BPS game, and a member of the Jungle Padel team stepped in to complete the foursome. That simple gesture said plenty about the welcoming staff and their willingness to get people playing.
An Americano tournament was running at the same time, with a sociable mix of expat players, plenty of laughter and even some four-legged spectators. The café area was bustling too. Alongside coaching and tournaments, events such as Braziliano Fridays combine padel, Brazilian BBQ and socialising. The club also offers fitness, yoga, dance and recovery classes, adding another dimension to the community.

A big statement for padel, fitness and community in Ungasan.
The scale and finish impressed BPS immediately: six immaculate clay-coloured courts, a charcoal centrepiece show court and a welcoming team. The fully equipped gym and extensive recovery facilities take the club to another level, while the lively Americano and social areas showed a community already forming. With the rooftop pool on the way at the time of the visit, Jungle Padel Ungasan is a club BPS looks forward to returning to.
