THE CLUB
Padel is part of the sports offering at Paradisus by Meliá Bali, the beachfront resort in Nusa Dua formerly known as Meliá Bali.
This one has some history: the original Bali Padel Club/Indo Padel operation at Meliá was among the earliest padel setups on the island. The old operator information actually advertised two courts, but current accommodation sources identify one padel court, so for BPS I'd use 1 court unless the resort tells us otherwise.
COURTS & PLAY
The current resort setup has one outdoor padel court. A current accommodation listing independently identifies it as an outdoor court, while the resort's official site confirms padel remains part of its sports offering following its redevelopment into Paradisus.
Rackets are provided, and padel is included among the sporting activities available to resort guests. The resort has previously organised padel tournaments and group sessions, rather than functioning purely as a court for private hire.
I haven't found evidence of a current Playtomic/AYO-style public booking system, so I wouldn't suggest that non-guests can independently book the court.
FACILITIES
The padel court sits within a substantial beachfront resort.
Facilities include four outdoor pools, water park, 24-hour fitness centre, spa, sauna, steam room and hot tubs, together with restaurants, bars and direct beach access. Other sports include tennis, basketball, futsal, pickleball, golf simulator and water sports.
As always with our resort profiles, I'd make clear these are Paradisus resort facilities, not necessarily facilities included with a standalone padel booking.
COACHING
Padel coaching — to be confirmed.
The resort offers an extensive organised sports and activity program, but I haven't found a sufficiently current source confirming dedicated private padel coaching or current lesson pricing.
OUR TAKE
Coming soon. Bali Padel Scene will visit and play at Paradisus by Meliá Bali before publishing our first-hand assessment.
GOOD TO KNOW
Paradisus is located at Kawasan Pariwisata ITDC Lot N1, Nusa Dua.
There's an interesting historical angle here for BPS. The old Bali Padel Club at Meliá Bali began in March 2021 and described itself as Indonesia's first padel club.
The resort subsequently underwent a major redevelopment and officially reopened as Paradisus by Meliá Bali in late 2025. Padel survived that redevelopment and remains specifically advertised among its current sporting facilities.
