THE CLUB
Jungle Padel Pererenan is the original venue in the Jungle Padel network, established in 2022.
Located on Jl. Sempol in Pererenan, the club combines four covered outdoor courts with coaching, open matches, tournaments, a small café and a genuinely social setup around the courts.
BPS played here in January 2026. As one of Bali's more established padel venues, the courts show a little wear and tear from regular use, but remain in pretty good condition. More importantly, the atmosphere around them is a big part of the appeal.
COURTS & PLAY
Jungle Pererenan has four covered outdoor courts beneath high roofs.
The setup works particularly well for Bali. Players get protection from the sun and rain while the open sides retain plenty of airflow. BPS found ventilation noticeably better here than at more enclosed covered clubs.
There is some visible wear and tear from regular use, but the courts were still in good playing condition during the BPS visit.
Court hire is currently IDR 150K per person for 60 minutes. Open matches are available through the Jungle Padel app, making it straightforward to find a game without arriving with your own group of four.
COACHING
Private and small-group coaching is available at Jungle Pererenan, with the per-player price reducing as the group gets larger.
Current rates are approximately IDR 1.4M for a solo session, IDR 800K per person for two players, IDR 600K per person for three, and IDR 500K per person for four.
Jungle also runs wider coaching programs, clinics and organised sessions, with current availability accessible through the Jungle Padel community and app.
CAFÉ / RESTAURANT
There's a small café at the club serving simple drinks including coffee and fresh coconuts.
It's not a large destination restaurant, but it suits the club. Players and spectators tend to hang around the courts, grab a drink and stay after games rather than immediately heading off.
Alcohol is also available at the venue.
PLAY & EVENTS
This is one of the strongest parts of the Jungle Pererenan experience. BPS has played both open matches and tournaments at the venue.
The tournaments BPS experienced were well organised, ran on time and had a great atmosphere around the courts.
Open matches provide an easy way to find games, while tournaments bring players and spectators together around the venue. During the BPS visits, all four courts were busy and there was plenty happening off court as well.
FACILITIES
BPS PHOTOS
Jungle Pererenan isn't about having Bali's newest facilities — its strength is the atmosphere around the courts.
This feels like a proper social padel club. The courts are busy, spectators settle into the beanbags around the playing area and people actually stay around afterwards for a drink and a chat. There's a genuine community feel rather than everyone disappearing as soon as their booking finishes.
As Jungle's original venue, established in 2022, the courts have now seen plenty of play and show some wear and tear, but remain in good condition. The high covered roofs are also a strong setup for Bali: you're protected from the weather without sacrificing the airflow that can disappear at more enclosed venues.
BPS has also had a particularly good experience with the organised play here. The tournaments were well run, stayed on schedule and created a great atmosphere around the club.
Compared with Jungle Canggu, Pererenan feels more like somewhere you'd stay after the match. Canggu wins on Shortcut convenience; Pererenan has the stronger overall social experience.
